[edit]I'm pretty sure that there are no cilia in the alveoli, which pretty much undermines the credibility of the definition here.JLA87 (talk) 12:55, 13 March 2011 (UTC) Anyway, how is "Dust Pneumonia" supposed to be different from pneumoconiosis? Should this be merged or deleted? I'll confess that I am quite new to this whole Wiki editing thing, but I will try to flag the article.JLA87 (talk) 13:11, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
